What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Check whether the proposal addresses your original concern rather than a different problem. Report a discrepancy if the completed action differs from the accepted proposal.
What should I check when reading a translated product listing?
Ask for confirmation in language you understand if a crucial condition is uncertain. A translated product title may be less precise than the full description.
How should I interpret a seller's deadline when the time zone is unclear?
Use the month name when requesting confirmation of an ambiguous date. Confirm the deadline again if the arrangement has been amended.
